Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package in real time.
We primarily ship our orders with PostNord. This means your shipment will be fully trackable through PostNord’s tracking system, and all updates will appear directly on your order status page.
If you use the Shop App, your order will be automatically added to the app using the same email address you used at checkout. Shop will show live tracking updates, delivery progress, and notifications—without you needing to enter the tracking number manually.

How to Track Your Package

Check your email for the shipping confirmation.

Click the tracking link or copy your tracking number.

Track your shipment through PostNord’s tracking page or via your personal Shopify order status page.

If you have the Shop App installed, your order will appear automatically and update continuously.
If you experience any issues with tracking or haven’t received your tracking number within 72 hours, please feel free to contact us.
