  5. You will then see a page displaying all your previous orders.

  6. Select the order and the specific item you wish to return.

  7. Choose the reason for the return and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange in size.

  8. You will receive a QR code along with further instructions within 72 hours.

  9. Follow the provided instructions to ship your item back to us.

We put your satisfaction first and strive to offer high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. Below is our return and refund policy to help facilitate any return processes and ensure a smooth customer experience.


1. 14-DAY RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return unused and undamaged items within 14 days from the date of receipt. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

For hygienic reasons, used items cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund.


2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please contact our customer service within 14 days if you discover any damage or defects in your product. Photographic evidence may be required to assist in the return process.

Once approved, we will provide detailed instructions for the return and offer either a replacement or a refund for the damaged or defective item. In case of a defect or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is always responsible for the return postage, unless otherwise agreed.


3. INCORRECT ORDERS

If you have received an incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days. We will coordinate the return and offer compensation or a refund according to your preference.


4. ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on certain products, including perishable goods, personal care items, cosmetics, and intimate apparel.


5. REFUND PROCESSING

After inspecting the returned item, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 days from the date we receive the item or proof that it has been sent back.

  • The refund will always be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase (e.g., Klarna, Applepay or card).

Shipping costs:
If you change your mind, we refund the product price minus the cost of the cheapest standard shipping option offered at the time of purchase.
Any additional costs such as express shipping or premium delivery services are not refunded.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect—then we cover the return shipping cost.


6. RETURN INITIATION

Contact our customer service to initiate a return. Use our "Contact Us" or "Contact Form" page to request a return and receive further instructions.


7. PACKAGING OF RETURNS

To avoid transport damage, please ensure returned items are properly packaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safe delivery.


8. ORDER CANCELLATION

An order can be cancelled within 6 hours from the time it was placed. After this period, processing and packing begin, making cancellation impossible.
