1. PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

Newmountain.store strives to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Normal processing times may vary depending on the product, but we always aim to handle your order within 1–2 business days from the time it is received and confirmed.

We ship all our products from our Swedish Warehouse placed in Gothenburg. Typically delivered within 2-4 buisness days.

If delivery exceeds 14 days, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund.

We will notify you by email as soon as possible if your delivery is delayed and provide an updated estimated delivery time.


2. PACKAGE PICKUP

When your package arrives, it must be collected within the time frame stated in the notification. A valid ID and order number are required upon pickup.

If the package is not collected within the specified time, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover shipping and handling.


3. SPLIT DELIVERIES

If you have ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability. This does not affect the shipping cost for you as the customer.


4. SHIPPING METHODS & TRACKING

5. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and chosen shipping method. The cost includes handling and delivery of your package to the specified address.


6. DELIVERY ISSUES & LOST PACKAGES

7. ORDERS FROM NON-EU COUNTRIES (CUSTOMS, TAXES & FEES)

For customers placing orders from countries outside the EU, such as Norway, please note that additional charges may apply. International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by your country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in the product price or the shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

For example, customers in Norway may be required to pay Norwegian VAT (MVA) and a handling fee collected by the carrier before the package can be delivered.
